I found a portfolio that I really like mine should very similar to this one.

I like how the whole portfolio is demonstrated on the first page and then you can stream through them after you click on one.
I also like the white space (I'm a big fan of white space) and then uses slight illustration and typography to spice it up a bit.
My navigation should be a little different because I want to separate my several different abilities: illustration, video, web, animation and interactive design.
